Everybody has a movie or tv show character that can define their style. At first thought, you’re thinking “No, I don’t”. But ponder for awhile, and I’m sure you can come up with somebody. For me, that movie character is pre-junkie GINGER from CASINO!!!! I bow to designers Rita Ryack and John Dunn for creating this fantabulous armoire of shininess. She’s over the top, shiny, furry, and glamorous. That’s me and I make no excuses for it lol I always wondered why I didn’t look like anybody in my family. I secretly believe it’s because I’m the love child between my mom and Liberace………….
Liberace + Loretta = Lola Luxe, the Diva formerly known as Latrice
As you can see, I prefaced my love for Ginger by differentiating between the pre-and post- crackhead fashion icon. Pre-crackhead=Bob Mackie. Post-crackhead=Gold leather a la Spiegel catalog. Her cokeish demise led her to overdose, die penniless, in some scraggly motel………….nonetheless in Emilio Pucci. You can’t say she didn’t go out in style! I want her closet!!!!!

Love at first sight.....sequins, sequins, sequins

.....and more sequins!

Jewels from Bulgari - Can this be my wedding gift from my hubby?!?!

Hostess with the Mostest
Do you see the other wives salivating in the back? I can't wait! lol

Classy for the courthouse

Who needs a tummy tuck when you look like this?!?!

Reeling him in..........mama needs a new mink...and diamonds....and car;)

Reminds me of green ostrich coats from the infamous 1971 Spring/Summer Yves St. Laurent collection and 2009 Fall Valentino collection

And more fur..............

.....and more fur.

Me in 30 years (far right) per Derrick Pitts. Sad part------I CONCUR!!!
